Unless otherwise arranged we will meet you outside the cruise terminal building, with a name board. Our fee includes a 60 minute waiting time from when the ship docks, which is usually enough time to clear customs and exit to the arrivals hall. We reserve the right to charge for additional waiting time, which is charged at a rate £30 per hour.
